Dostana, a Hindi word meaning ’friendship’, is a brand lovingly created with the finest organic grapes from the Okanagan Valley. The soil in the Dostana vineyards provide fantastic growing conditions to ensure our grapes are grown with excellent concentration of flavour.

The Okanagan climate and our organic viticultural practices ensure our grapes are harvested at the ideal balance of acid and sugar. This is all done to produce top tier wines to be enjoyed with those you care about the most. Chardonnay 2010 $18.90

Appellation: West Kelowna, Upper Bench, Dostana Vineyard
Viniculture: 50% oak for 2 months
Profile: A creamy wine with the oak-touched colour. Outstanding balance of rich, buttery oak and green fruit aromas. On the palat it leans toward the chunky side, with baked apple, peaches and burnt sugar. There's a hint of smokiness and nutmeg to add extra personality.

Appellation: West Kelowna, Upper Bench, Dostana Vineyard
Viniculture: 90% stainless steel, 10% oak for 2 months
Profile: Great acid/sugar balance in this pale gold Riesling. The nose has melon and tarragon, crisp apple, with a palate that follows suit. Lengthy candied citrus finish.

Viniculture: 25% for 3 months in custom toasted "Odyssey” barrels
Profile: Pale lemon colour with a rich bouquet and palate of traditional lychee, sweet citrus and a light coconut background. Long and lingering finish.

Merlot 2008 $29.90

Appellation: Oliver, Dostana Vineyard, Golden Mile
Viniculture: 100% for 30 months in French Oak Barrels
Profile: Deep purple hued, this full bodied Merlot has rich berry and dark plum aromas and flavours, mouth filling tannins, and excellent complexity. The oak character offers strong structure but doesn’t overwhelm the fruit.
